What products can be returned or exchanged?
Food products can only be returned or exchanged if they are found to be of inadequate quality (in accordance with Regulation No. 21/1992 on consumer protection).

Products can be considered goods of inadequate quality if they:
- has damage, including packaging,
- expired.
How to apply for a return or exchange of goods?
You can apply in two ways:

1. In the store where the product was purchased of poor quality.
To do this, you need to write an application according to the sample provided by the seller. You must have with you:
- a document confirming payment for the goods (check),
- identification document.

2. On the website
Please indicate in your application:
- Full name of the buyer,
- buyer's phone number,
- date of purchase of the goods,
- address of the store where the product was purchased.

Be sure to attach a photo of the product showing the defect, as well as a document confirming payment (receipt).

After this, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
How long after purchase can I submit an application?
The buyer's application for the return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is accepted within the expiration date of the goods. Returning goods after the expiration date is not permitted.

Please note that a return or exchange can be made if the product storage conditions have been met after purchase.
How quickly can I expect a refund or exchange?

Once your application has been successfully submitted, we begin reviewing it. If necessary, we carry out an examination in production. If an examination is not required, a response to an exchange or refund will be received within two days. The exchange or return procedure is carried out within 7 days from the date of the client’s request.
